The new 2-story office is interior addition to the 50,000 SF existing warehouse built with CMU walls. The scope of work includes the 2nd-floor structure design and its support, featuring the 16,000 SF area industrial and warehouse spaces on the 1st and admin offices on the 2nd floor. The site improvements with an accessible route are provided to accessible spaces. Modern-Industrial interiors bring comfort and freshness to the environment.
