The new office/ manufacturing/ warehouse spaces are interior addition to the 46,000 SF existing warehouse built with tilt-up concrete walls. The scope of work includes the design of the +/- 9,000 SF office, 3,000 SF industrial, and 7,000 SF storage spaces. The office space features an open office/communal areas, with training and showrooms.
